Joe
Founder and CEO

Joe Barbagallo, the founder of BarBHouse Productions, got his start in (and remains committed to) the New York Independent Film community with the award-winning drama, “Just One More Kiss” (2019), which won Best Feature at the Big Apple Film Festival, establishing Joe as a cultivator of unique voices and upcoming talent.

Joe’s flexibility and tenacity from the indie world have been the driving force behind BarBHouse Productions, the creator of the cult action features, IRIS and Ghost Source Zero (2017) – acquired by Sony Pictures. Additionally, he produced the unique sci-fi series PROTOCOL DEVIATION in 2013, which was distributed by the Machinima Networks (a Warner Brothers channel), solidifying his stature in the industry. Joe has worked with YouTube, Rolling Stone, and SpikeTV.

Most recently, Joe finished A WOUNDED FAWN, the much anticipated third film of award-winning director Travis Stevens, produced the surreal drama, On Our Way (2020), starring Micheál Richardson Neeson, as well as the creature-feature horror, Cryptid (2020).

Melissa
Business Development

Melissa Rossaki leads Business Development and Strategy at BarBHouse Productions. Melissa executive produced A Wounded Fawn (2022), which premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival, and On Our Way (2021), which starred Micheál Richardson Neeson, Jordana Brewster, and James Badge Dale. She started her career at a Financial Services Sector Long/Short Equity Hedge Fund, which eventually led to a career in FinTech Sales, spending almost two decades partnering with financial firms, such as Goldman Sachs and BlackRock. In her current role on the Enterprise Sales Team with ACA Group, she works closely with the firm’s New York based asset management clients. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boston University School of Management.

Nathan
Development

​Nathan Faudree is an award winning writer and filmmaker. He has helped to develop projects with BarBHouse, Inflection Point Studios, JBF Entertainment and Larry Hama. His experience crosses many genres and disciplines, from critically-acclaimed theatre productions, to film, animation and video games. He is co-writer of BarBHouse's feature A WOUNDED FAWN with Travis Stevens.

ANDY
operations

Andy Erickson wears multiple hats at BarBHouse Productions, serving as our Operations Manager while also playing a key role on the development team. A graduate of St. Cloud State University in Minnesota with a degree in film, Andy started in the industry as an intern at LA-based TV production company, Content Superba, before joining BarBHouse.

Although he has always had a passion for cinema, his journey to film is anything but traditional—and that’s exactly what makes his perspective so valuable. Before stepping into the world of storytelling, Andy served in the U.S. Air Force, competed semi-professionally in esports, hosted a sports podcast, and even stepped into the ring as a professional wrestler. His rich and varied background fuels his mission to champion bold, personal, and meaningful stories from emerging filmmakers.
